Return Policy for JJRave Luxury Leather Goods

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items are non-refundable.
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email returns@jjrave.com within the return window to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  2. Approval:

    • Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • Use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds

  1. Eligible Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a $40 restocking and shipping fee to cover our initial shipping costs.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • For items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately.
    • If eligible, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
